Delete your account
How to request deletion
To request that your Eazy Solar AI Assistant account and associated data be deleted, send a request from the email address linked to your account:
Please include the email address your account is registered with. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |

| Your account (email, login) | Permanently deleted |
| Name and phone number | Permanently deleted |
| Saved quotes and system designs | Permanently deleted |
| Business branding (installer accounts: logo, address, custom products) | Permanently deleted |
| General analytics (page views, country, device type) | Not tied to your account — cannot be linked back to you and is kept only as anonymous aggregate totals |
If you'd only like specific data removed rather than your whole account — for example, a single quote — mention that in your request and we'll action just that instead.
