Who we are
Eazy Solar AI Assistant is a solar system design and quotation tool operated by Eazy Solar Energy Solutions, Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through our app and website (eazysolar.tech) and Android app, and how we use it.
Information we collect

How your quote description is processed
When you describe your appliances (by typing or voice) or ask the assistant a question, that text may be sent to a third-party AI language model provider (Groq, or Anthropic as a backup) to help understand what you've described. These providers process the text to return a result to our app and do not use it to build a profile of you for their own purposes, under our agreements with them.
Analytics & tracking
Every time you load a page of our website or app, we record a basic, aggregate analytics entry so we can see how many people use the product and where traffic comes from. Specifically, we collect:
- The page you viewed and the page or site you came from (referrer)
- Your country, worked out from your connection — not your city, region, or exact location
- Your device type, operating system, and browser, at a general level (for example: "mobile, Android, Chrome") — not your specific device model, screen size, or hardware
- Campaign tags in the link you followed, if any (e.g.
utm_source,gclid), so we can see which ads or posts brought a visit
We deliberately do not collect or store: your IP address, precise geolocation (city, region, postal code, or exact coordinates), any device or network fingerprinting (screen resolution, hardware specs, connection details, browser version fingerprint), or a persistent ID that follows you across visits or sessions. Nothing in this analytics data is used, or can reasonably be used, to identify you individually — it's kept and reviewed only as aggregate totals (e.g. "page views this week," "visits by country").
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel on our website to understand which visitors go on to request a quote, so we can measure the effectiveness of our own advertising. This may allow Meta to show you ads related to Eazy Solar on Facebook or Instagram. You can control this through your Facebook ad settings.
Where your data is stored
Account details and quote/lead data are stored with Supabase, a database provider, on servers in the Asia-Pacific region. Our website and app are hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers are bound by their own security and data-processing terms.
Who can see your information
- Customer accounts: only you and Eazy Solar Energy Solutions can see your quotes and contact details.
- Installer accounts: the leads and quotes generated through your account are visible to you and to Eazy Solar Energy Solutions as the platform operator. We do not share one installer's business data (prices, products, leads) with another installer.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your choices
- You can use the "From my monthly bill" or "Quick pick" tools, and browse quotes, without creating an account or submitting your name/phone number.
- You can request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
- You can decline microphone access; typing works the same way.
Children
This app is intended for adults arranging solar installations for a home or business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
